The ECC signifies that Moncello Crest has been thoroughly assessed and found to pose no significant negative impact on its surrounding natural environment. It also means we complied with all the requirements of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) System and committed to implementing our approved environmental management plan.

In line with this commitment, DMCI Homes pledges to adhere to stringent measures and conditions outlined in the ECC, including compatibility with existing land use plans, implementation of wastewater treatment facilities, completion of the project's environmental monitoring and audit prioritization scheme (PEMAPS), and other stringent guidelines.

Keeping nature unharmed is DMCI Homes’ utmost priority, so we ensure our project follows all rules and regulations to preserve the natural environment. We've also obtained a Barangay Clearance, Height Clearance, Zoning Clearance, Locational Clearance, Development Permit, and Building Permit from concerned government agencies.
